Returns

At this time we only accept STORE CREDIT. This is why it is imperative that you take your exact measurements and compare them with every size chart, this will ensure you order the correct size. All items are made according to measurement ranges, they are NOT typical letter or numeric sizing. If you have any questions on sizing, please feel free to email us. We are a small business and do not have the financial ability to operate properly with returns. We apologize for any inconvenience but we are confident that you will be able to find something else if the item you purchase is not to your liking. 

In order to receive store credit, your item  must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt in the original condition as received. All tags MUST be attached. No exceptions will be made to this timeframe. Return shipping is at the buyers cost. 

If your return does not meet these requirements, it will not be accepted.

Custom, handmade items such as feather tops, jackets, dresses and rhinestone dresses are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGABLE and NO STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the problem. Please understand that these items are made according to your own measurements, therefore, we cannot accept returns. If you are unsure which items are handmade or made to order, please feel free to contact us.
